Email support@walletextras.com. Include the Wallet Extras app version, your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Never send a card number, security code, expiration date, bank login, password, or other financial credential.

Subscriptions

Open Wallet Extras, go to Settings, and choose Manage subscription or Restore purchases. Apple manages billing and cancellation through your Apple Account.

Your data

Settings includes Export data and Erase data on this device. Keep an export before erasing your data or replacing your phone. Erasing data does not cancel your subscription.

Current availability

Wallet Extras is coming soon to iPhone. Accounts and cloud backup are not available in the current beta.

Incorrect card information

Please email the card name, the benefit that appears incorrect, and a link to the issuer’s current terms if you have one. Do not include any account-specific information.
